Redesign of your service to a digital format

A partir del proceso exploratorio y sus principales resultados, empleo herramientas de agilidad a escala para ejecutar las siguientes acciones claves;

  1. I develop as a team a strategy to address opportunities for improvement, identified in your service.
  2. I identify and propose a group of ideas (initiatives) aimed at generating changes.
  3. I carry out a collaborative qualification exercise with you to prospect these initiatives until I obtain the most relevant TOP of initiatives (impact on your company's indicators). See the following example.
  4. Con tus equipos tecnológicos identifico las tareas habilitadoras necesarias para materializar la nueva visión del servicio.  
  5. I propose a prioritization model and comprehensive timelines that reflect the transformation path of your digital service.
  6. I formulate as a team the declaration of success of the new digital service.
